Slack Integration
AppReviewBot’s Slack integration helps your team stay on top of App Store and Google Play feedback without leaving Slack. Connect once, then use the features that match how your team works.
What you can do
Review Alerts
Get new reviews posted to Slack channels as rich cards — with filters for star rating, country, and routing per app.
Reply from Slack
Reply from review cards in Slack — auto-generate two AI draft replies in the modal, edit, and publish to the store.
Ask Questions from AppReviewBot AI Agent
Ask the AppReviewBot AI Agent about your reviews in Slack DMs or threads — sentiment, themes, and recent feedback.
How the pieces fit together
| Feature | What it does | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Review Alerts | Streams new reviews into a Slack channel | Real-time visibility for product, support, and marketing |
| Reply from Slack | Reply on review cards + AI drafts in the modal | Respond on the store without leaving the channel |
| Ask questions (AppReviewBot AI Agent) | Q&A in Slack DMs or threads | Weekly digests, spike investigations, quick review lookups |
Review Alerts is the foundation — most teams start there. Reply from Slack builds on the same Slack destination and requires a connected store account. Ask questions from AppReviewBot AI Agent in Slack is a separate install for Q&A, not channel alerts.
Connect Slack from the Integrations page or when adding an app and choosing Slack as the destination.
