Something not working? Here's how to report it effectively
Service Status
AppReviewBot processes review fetches on a scheduled basis. If reviews seem delayed, check:
- Your store account connection is still valid (Google service account or App Store Connect key hasn't expired)
- The app is still live on the respective store
- There are no active incidents on our side — contact support if unsure
