If something isn't working as expected, here's how to report it so we can resolve it quickly.
What to Include
A good bug report contains:
What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?
List the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
Your account email, affected app, and the store (Google Play / App Store).
Copy any error text verbatim, or attach a screenshot.
When did the issue start? Has it happened before?
