Microsoft Teams Integration
AppReviewBot delivers matching Apple App Store and Google Play reviews to a Microsoft Teams channel through an incoming webhook. Create the webhook in Teams, then connect it to the app you want to monitor.
What arrives in Teams
Each notification is a review card with the reviewer, review text, star rating, app and store details, and app version. Device information appears when available. Cards include links to translate the review and open the relevant store reply page. You can discuss a review with your team in the Teams channel, then follow the store link to respond.
The webhook is for sending review alerts into Teams. It does not add an AppReviewBot bot to the channel or enable replies directly inside Teams.
Choose a setup path
Quick setup from the Microsoft Teams page
Search for an app, enter your email and Teams webhook URL, and submit the setup form.
Create an app in the dashboard
Use the Create App wizard to add or select a saved Teams webhook destination and configure the subscription.
Common use cases
- Triage low-rated reviews: Send an app’s reviews to a support channel and use the rating and review text to spot urgent problems.
- Keep product teams close to customer feedback: Share praise, feature requests, and recurring friction where product and engineering already coordinate.
- Follow a release: Watch reviews for an app after a release and discuss reports of crashes, sign-in problems, or performance changes with the team.
- Separate feedback by app: Set up a destination for each app or team channel so the right people see the reviews they own.
- Share feedback across functions: Give support, product, and leadership a common view of customer sentiment without asking everyone to check store consoles.
