Why Doesn't AppReviewBot's Review Count Match the App Stores?

- They're actionable
- They explain issues
Rating-only submissions — stars with no text:
- Cannot be replied to
- No context or feedback
- Not actionable
Industry average: Only 30-40% of users who rate also write text.

When you first add an app:
