Sync Reviews to a Notion Database

Review Sync creates a Notion destination for your app and keeps it populated with review data. It is separate from the AppReviewBot AI Agent: Review Sync stores rows in Notion, while the AI Agent queries live review data through MCP.

Setup

Open the AppReviewBot integrations page or add a new app.
Choose Notion as your destination.
Authorize AppReviewBot in your Notion workspace and complete the OAuth process.
Select the destination you just created and complete the app setup.

AppReviewBot creates a branded page and review database automatically.

How Review Sync works

After you authorize AppReviewBot in Notion, choose the Notion destination while completing your app setup. AppReviewBot creates the review database for you and starts adding review information to it.

Existing reviews are added when you connect the app, and new reviews are added automatically as they are fetched. Each review appears as its own row in the Notion database.

`Name`	Title	The review title plus app name. If the store review has no useful title, the title starts with the review text or `New Review`
`Review Title`	Rich text	The original review title when available. This is populated for Apple reviews; Google Play reviews do not include this separate field
`Review`	Rich text	The review body, trimmed to 2,000 characters
`Author`	Rich text	Reviewer display name, or `Anonymous` when unavailable
`Date`	Date	The review date, with the last updated date used as a fallback
`App`	Rich text	The connected app name
`Rating`	Number	The review rating from 0 to 5
`Store`	Select	`Apple App Store` or `Google Play Store`
`Status`	Select	Starts as `New`; available values are `New`, `In Progress`, and `Resolved`
`Is Replied`	Checkbox	Checked when the review already has a developer reply
`Review Reply`	Rich text	The existing developer reply, when present
`Country`	Rich text	The review country; unknown values are left blank
`Version`	Rich text	The app version associated with the review
