FAQ

What can I access through the AppReviewBot API?+

The Public API v1 gives organization-scoped REST access to your tracked apps, reviews, and App Store Connect finance reports. You can list apps, fetch reviews with pagination, and pull structured fields such as rating, store, country, version, and sentiment for custom reports, warehouses, and automations. Base URL is https://appreviewbot.com/api/v1.

How do I authenticate?+

Every request needs a Bearer token in the Authorization header: Authorization: Bearer arb_xxxxxxxx. Organization owners generate API keys in dash.appreviewbot.com under Organization → Settings. Keys use the arb_ prefix. Regenerating a key immediately invalidates the previous one, so rotate carefully in production clients.

What can I build with the API?+

Common uses include custom multi-app reports, BI dashboards, webhook-style pipelines into CRMs or help desks, and alerts when ratings drop, negative volume spikes, or sentiment shifts over a window you define. Use it when you need a destination AppReviewBot does not support natively, or when review data must join downloads, revenue, or other internal sources.

Which plans include API access?+

API access is available as a paid add-on for your organization. Contact us to enable it, then generate keys from the dashboard once it is turned on. The free trial still lets you explore AppReviewBot’s product workflows while you evaluate whether programmatic access belongs in your stack.
